For my stylistic analysis I've chosen "The Gift of the Magi", written by O. Henry. O. Henry is an American writer, he is well-known for his short stories. His stories have surprise endings, and also are known for witty narration. Most of O. Henry's stories are set in the early 20th century and deal for the most part with ordinary people. His short stories are well-known all over the world. The most famous are "The Gift of the Magi", "The Ransom of Red Chief", "The Cop and the Anthem", "The Duplicity of Hargraves".
